Booking Terms & Conditions

Session Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time

• Remaining balance is due one week prior to your scheduled session

• Payment methods accepted: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

• Session dates are not guaranteed until retainer is received and confirmed

Scheduling & Timing

• Sessions must be booked minimum 48 hours in advance

• Your reserved time slot begins at the agreed-upon start time

• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without price adjustment

• Client is responsible for any overtime charges if session runs beyond scheduled time due to late arrival

Weather & Rescheduling Policy

• Outdoor sessions: Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled at no additional charge with 24-hour notice

• Client-initiated rescheduling: One free reschedule allowed with 48-hour notice; subsequent changes subject to $25 fee

• Emergency cancellations: Subject to case-by-case review; retainer may be forfeited

Image Delivery & Usage Rights

• Edited images delivered within 1-2 weeks via online gallery

• Rush delivery available for additional $50 fee (48-72 hour turnaround)

• Client receives personal use printing rights for purchased images

• Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent

• Rewired Media retains copyright and may use images for portfolio/marketing purposes

Liability & Conduct

• Rewired Media is not liable for personal injury during outdoor sessions

• Client assumes responsibility for personal belongings during session

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in session termination without refund

• Minors must be accompanied by parent/guardian

Image Archival

• Images archived for one year following delivery

• Extended archival available for additional fee

• Client responsible for backing up purchased images

Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full rescheduling allowed

• 24-48 hours notice: 50% retainer retained, remainder refundable

• Less than 24 hours: Full retainer forfeited unless emergency circumstances
